Prosur® T-10 is a natural blend of polyphenol and flavonoid antioxidants that eliminates the use of chemical antioxidants and preservatives when processing “uncured” labeled meats. The Prosur® T-10 products do not have any celery juice powder or rely on other forms of concentrated nitrites for pathogen protection.
